When Jill and I visited Costa Rica in 2012, we fell in love with the Bosque Nuboso, or Cloud Forest. True to its name, it’s an ecosystem permanently enveloped in clouds. Everywhere you look is green, with every trunk covered in mosses, bromeliads, and vines thicker than your arm.
And yes, we even spotted a sloth.
